5 Intuitive Steps | Breathe, Recognize, Elevate, Align, Kindness®

Self-Guided Journey | 6 Modules, with 3 lessons each, designed to educate, equip, and empower you to complete each step to Break the Cycle of Powerlessness with Radical Regulation.

Inner Power Protocols | Lessons provide powerful insights, information, and inspiration, along with resources, reflections, exercises, and activities to help you embody inner power and restore positive wellbeing, each step of the way.

Weekly Coaching Sessions | 1:1 coaching sessions support you in a safe container as you move through whatever comes up, while we dive in to what you need in order to overcome obstacles, integrate your inner power, and step forward out of the Cycle and onto The Spiral Path.

Cumulative Transformation | Each module, lesson, protocol, and coaching session is designed to support cumulative transformation at a pace that is right for you.
