Life Transformation Through Radical Regulation

Before working with Peggy and enrolling in Break the Cycle, I was feeling stuck in a haze of overwhelm.
Before working with Peggy and enrolling in Break the Cycle, I was feeling stuck in a haze of overwhelm. Parenting during COVID had pushed me to the edge—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I found myself increasingly anxious, burnt out with work, uninspired in my day-to-day, and far more impatient with my kids and husband than I wanted to be. I was easily triggered by what I perceived as criticism—from my business partner, from my family—and I’d spiral into self-defeating stories that weren’t necessarily true, but felt true in the moment. I knew I needed something more. Something deeper.
Peggy’s program brought something different. It brought structure. It brought integration. It offered a systematic, programmatic, and holistic approach to all the things I had explored individually.
Though I’ve always been a spiritual person—meditation, yoga, and Buddhist teachings have long been anchors in my life—Peggy’s program brought something different. It brought structure. It brought integration. It offered a systematic, programmatic, and holistic approach to all the things I had explored individually. And it was delivered with clarity, compassion, and a sense of empowerment that stayed with me long after each session.
The recommendation to work with Peggy came from my friend who had worked with her, and I’m forever grateful. I had never worked with a coach before, but something about Peggy’s energy and the way the program was described called to me. I knew I wanted to better understand myself—my patterns, my triggers, my power. And this course delivered that and so much more.
What stood out to me was how thoughtfully everything was structured. The teachings were rich and digestible. The resources and workbooks helped deepen my understanding and create space for reflection. And the opportunity to talk through challenges as they arose—real-time, with Peggy—made the learning truly come to life. Instead of just thinking about change, I began living it. I had someone who could gently guide me, hold space for the hard stuff, and celebrate the breakthroughs with me. That was everything.
Throughout the course, I developed what I can only describe as new “muscles” in my mind. I started noticing my thoughts more consciously. I could recognize when I was slipping back into old patterns, pause, and choose a different path. I learned to locate emotions in my body and work with them—not fight them. I practiced breathing through discomfort and using my mind to support the energy I wanted to embody, instead of being hijacked by anxiety or resentment.
I now come back, again and again, to Peggy’s thoughtful, empowering mantras. They’ve helped me shift from feeling defeated or reactive to feeling capable and grounded—even when I don’t have all the answers. Simply remembering that I have agency changes everything. And that kind of shift, which can be lifelong work, is deep transformation.
Since completing the program, I’ve set healthier boundaries with family members. I’ve cultivated a deeper sense of self and feel more peaceful and connected—to myself, my husband, my children, and my colleagues. I’m better at recognizing what others might be feeling, and what needs might be hiding beneath the surface of their behavior. I can catch myself when I’m triggered, breathe, and choose a higher thought.
This work helped me soften where I was hard. Strengthen where I was weak. And reconnect where I had grown disconnected.
Peggy is brilliant, kind, nonjudgmental, insightful, and incredibly easy to connect with. She’s also funny—something I didn’t realize how much I needed during this journey
To anyone considering this work: Do it.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress.
It’s about reclaiming your power and coming home to yourself.
And Peggy creates the most loving, safe, and supportive space to do exactly that.
“I remember going through the program for the first time and my mind comfortably surrendering control over what I was releasing. Everything just flowed. The way Peggy holds space and creates it, allows us participants to let go in the most natural way.”

For many years I struggled with self judgement, and subconscious conditioning.
Despite years spent in conscious communities, and working with wonderful practitioners I still found it difficult to overcome my inner blocks. I struggled to communicate effectively, especially with those nearest and dearest to me, and I carried around frustration and repeated old stories in my life, unable to consciously identify the power and energy I constantly gave away, while replaying my own destructive pattern.
I trusted my gut about Peggy’s ability to guide me, to reach into the parts of myself that were dark, stuck, and scary. I leaned into her process and it flowed beautifully. Her brilliance as a coach and a healer shine through her system and open the way for inner healing, bringing light to the unseen, unknown, and unnamed.
I am so happy to have worked with Peggy.
She is a potent healer, and I love her sense of humor very much. I love her direct, loving, and supportive nature and I’m grateful that she, and her Breathe, Recognize, Elevate, Align, Kindness™ program exist.
She’s swift to pick up on the subtleties of personal struggles, even in a group, and in one-to-one work, she has a lightness in her that brings reassurance and ease to the process.
Learning Peggy’s system through the Breathe Recognize Elevate Align Kindness™ program systematically revealed the truth of my past, and the impact it has had on my current life and relationships. The program quickly brought me face to face with the root of my blocks, and provided me with the space to understand them, the compassion to accept them, and the tools to transform them.
I had high expectations going into her program and those expectations were more than met. I’m so inspired by her findings, and her program, and I really want to learn so much more!
I can’t wait to repeat the process again and again, to see how much more I can free myself.
A huge BIG FAT YES to this intelligent program. I love it!
Her 5 step program is clear, the format is simple, and the process pulls you forward. I always felt I was in a safe space with clear objectives which allowed me to overcome my own resistance.
I know for me, once my heart opens safely to something, in great safety and great support, an unfolding of realization and integration can happen for me which I simply cannot reach or create on my own.
I highly recommend this program!

Going through Peggy’s 5 step, Breathe, Recognize, Elevate, Align, Kindness™ program and was the catalyst of my unraveling back into myself. Almost like a defrost. I had been numb for over ten years without true awareness of it. The program allowed me to see, feel and more importantly heal the deepest parts of my wounds. It showed me how to begin healing from a place of contemplation, starting with one pattern and just continuing to go deeper and deeper down the spiral.
I remember going through the program for the first time and my mind comfortably surrendering control over what I was releasing. Everything just flowed. The way Peggy holds space and creates it, allows us participants to let go in the most natural way.
This 5 step program not only taught me how to start and what I can do to break my cycles, but allowed me to integrate my past into my present in a healthy way. To leave the victim state and live from a state of potential and acceptance.
The Breathe, Recognize, Elevate, Align, Kindness™ magic is ever continuing. It can be used at many stages of life; there’s always more cycles to break. I believe it will stand the test of time.
The systems, techniques and teachings Peggy has poured into this program are outstanding and beyond beneficial for all our minds, bodies and souls.
Like anything it is a process and it will take time to move through your own soul’s history. It’s been almost five months since I did that first session with her and I am still receiving revelations from the experience. Learning, growing, evolving.

My work with Peggy has completely changed the way that I view the world in the most amazing way.
It has been a game changer.
She has a gentle and loving way of guiding you to be your true self. In our work, she first she led me down a path of self discovery.
She led me through exercises that enabled me to answer big questions for myself in a creative and loving way. She then pushed for results, setting expectations, and gently probing and pushing so that it never felt like ripping a band-aid off to make decisions that are authentic to me, and this led me to make changes that reflect and embody those decisions.
As a result, I feel more confident in my choices. I also now feel able to break a problem down into small pieces, making minor adjustments every week to create the life that I want.
Peggy does a wonderful job of calling out the tough spots that I may be avoiding, but in a way that feels so warm and comforting. I have worked with her in times of crises and times of expansion and creativity, and she is equally talented at leading through both situations, or any sort of change. She also take a very comprehensive look at life, so it’s not about home or work or nutrition or sleep or breathing, but it’s about the sum of those things and more, and how you can take steps to optimize those areas in a practical way to create something special. Plus, she is always trying to learn new things herself, so you never feel like you're learning stale methods.
Peggy has led me to tangible career growth opportunities and has helped me be a stronger person in my personal life.
Here are just a few of the intangible benefits from working with Peggy:
1. Confidence – I no longer doubt myself when I am being true to what I want. I no longer feel guilty if I am mad, or if I am crying. I used to go into what my husband called a “Sara Spiral” of feelings. Where I feel upset that I’m upset about something that I have a right to be upset about, etc. I can just express those things and let them pass.
2. Awareness – I pay attention when I am feeling something, and I am actively practicing some emotions that were buried, ie anger.
3. Peace – kind of goes back to the confidence. For the first time in my life, I can sit still with myself without a book, tv, friend, glass of wine, or pushing my body past its limits in a run. I can sit still and get to know myself through the strategies that I’ve learned.
Tangible benefits:
1. Closer relationship with my boss, and steps moving forward at work towards a promotion.
2. Turning down another job offer, which led to a true decision that I’m invested in my current career, which was noticed at work.
3. Meditation and breathing skills that enable me to get through a stressful day with no breakdowns. I haven’t stressed out to the point of tears in months, or “needed” a glass of wine at the end of the day, all because of my tools that Peggy has taught me (ie the one minute breath, etc). Breathing in particular – I have struggled since I was a kid with breathing, and it’s still hard, but I can sit for 10 minutes now and focus on my breath. AMAZING.
4. My husband thanked me for being a kinder person recently, which I think is a direct result of my work with Peggy.
I am so thankful that I found her!

Before finding Peggy and the Break the Cycle program, I was in a really dark and exhausting place. A terrible bout of insomnia was the tipping point—something I now understand was being caused by unacknowledged and unprocessed stress. I had been carrying it all day, every day, letting it build and bleed into my nights until I could no longer rest. I wasn’t giving myself any space to feel or process, just constantly reacting, pushing forward, and ignoring what my body and mind were trying to tell me.
I hadn’t tried therapy as an adult, and when I brought up my insomnia to my primary care provider, the only response I got was medication. I wanted to go deeper, to actually get to the root of what was happening. Enter Peggy. From our very first session, I felt like I had found someone who not only understood what I was going through, but who could actually help. Her understanding of the human body, the brain, and how stress and emotions work is profound—and she explains everything in such a digestible, empowering way.
What immediately struck me was how she didn’t zero in on one story or event from my life, but rather began building with me a toolkit—a skillset I could use to face anything from a more honest, grounded, and empowered place. That approach changed everything for me. I didn’t have to wait for some elusive "aha moment" to start healing—I could start now with real practices that made a tangible difference.
One of the most powerful aspects of this program is its versatility. The Breathe Recognize Elevate Align Kindness process is something I now carry with me daily—it’s applicable to every situation. Whether I’m feeling triggered at work, overwhelmed as a parent, or just off-center, I have something to come back to. That sense of being armed with tools rather than feeling lost or reactive is priceless.
Peggy’s support during that vulnerable period of insomnia was also critical. Her daily messages were like lifelines—reminders that I wasn’t alone, that I wasn’t broken, and that there was a path forward. And it wasn’t just mindset work—there were energy practices, breathwork, meditations, movement tools… things that helped regulate my nervous system in real time. I’ve already gone back through the workbooks multiple times—they continue to offer new insights every time.
The impact on my life has been huge. Not only am I sleeping again (hallelujah!), but I also feel like a more conscious, present parent. I’m more aware of not suppressing my children’s feelings the way I had been doing to myself. I’m no longer a chronic people-pleaser—I’ve learned how to set boundaries, speak up, and take care of my own needs without guilt. That confidence has translated into my professional life, too. The program wrapped up just as I was stepping into a new career, and I walked into that chapter with a sense of self-trust and calm I hadn’t felt in years.
One of the biggest revelations for me was around feelings and unmet needs. I had no idea I’d been suppressing so much for so long. Peggy’s mantras for each lesson always hit something deep in me—and they’ve become a grounding reminder that has helped carry me through tough moments with grace.
Explaining this program to others is always a little tough because it’s truly transformational. I usually say something like, “It’s a step-by-step course that teaches you how to identify, work through, and manage your stress and anxiety.” But honestly, that only scratches the surface. It’s about reclaiming your agency. About learning how your brain and body operate—and how to work with them, instead of against them. It’s about realignment, clarity, and connection to your true self. It’s about your personal power and what that means for you.
My challenge was finding time as a mom. With Peggy’s support and accountability, even amidst the chaos, I made it through—and I’m so grateful I did! And, I know I’ll continue to revisit and reapply what I’ve learned for years to come.
I wholeheartedly believe everyone can benefit from this work. Peggy has changed my life. She made me feel seen, safe, supported, and—most importantly—capable. If you're even considering it, I say: DO IT. This program gave me my sleep back, my sanity back, and myself back.

Before joining Break the Cycle, I was in a constant state of stress and anxiety. My days felt like a frenzied race from one obligation to the next, never quite finding the time or space to care for myself. I was stuck in a loop of overcommitment, saying “yes” out of guilt, even when it meant sacrificing my peace. I didn’t understand boundaries, and the toll was evident—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was always exhausted, irritable, jittery, and overwhelmed—drowning in a persistent feeling of “not enough.” I had learned to internalize my triggers, mask my pain, and suppress my voice, all while pretending everything was “fine.”
I had already begun to shift my lifestyle—I gave up drinking, smoking, and other unhealthy habits. I traveled the world, sat with gurus, joined women’s circles, and read every self-help book I could find. But it wasn’t until Break the Cycle that things truly clicked. This program didn’t just give me awareness—it gave me action. It was the first time I felt fully seen, heard, supported, and held accountable in a way that empowered real, lasting change.
Peggy is a beam of light. From the start, our connection felt fated—as though our paths were always meant to cross. Her way with words, her deep, intuitive listening, and her authentic ability to reflect back truth created an immediate circle of trust. We shared our stories and I realized: I wasn’t alone. Peggy didn’t just teach me how to heal—she walked beside me as I did it.
Every module felt like it was made for me. Somehow, each time I faced a new challenge or emotional wave, I’d hop on our next call and BOOM—the lesson that week would mirror exactly what I needed. It was like life was unfolding in real time with the program, preparing me for “tests” I now had the tools to navigate.
What sets Break the Cycle apart is how completely it integrates into your being. It’s not just another self-help framework—it’s a holistic, layered, and deeply personal design. It’s a full reset. A reweaving of self. I now live from a new foundation—one that feels strong, rooted, and authentic. I no longer abandon myself in moments of discomfort. I no longer respond from guilt, fear, or overwhelm. I respond from clarity, compassion, and strength.
This program helped me identify and meet unmet needs. It taught me how to breathe again—how to feel my feelings, recognize my triggers as teachers, and actually move through pain instead of staying stuck in it. The breathwork, meditations, journaling prompts, and value-identification exercises opened doors I didn’t even know were there. We unlocked guilt and grief and let fresh air in through those windows. Some days felt heavy, some easy and full of joy—but every single one felt true.
Since completing the program, my nervous system has calmed. My communication is stronger. My decisions are aligned. I’m doing work I love. I’m no longer ruled by anxiety. I’m making choices for me. I am not just surviving—I am thriving. And perhaps most importantly, I believe in myself. I know I am worthy.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or like you've done everything but nothing has truly shifted—this is for you. Break the Cycle is a step-by-step deep dive into what’s really holding you back from living as the person you dream of being. It helps you heal your relationship with yourself, regulate your nervous system, define your values, clarify your vision, and move through life with renewed energy, strength, and confidence. These are simple, profound reminders for the complicated moments.
Peggy has created something unmatched. The resources, the support, the calls, the portal—all of it is infused with care and wisdom. I’ll be returning to this work for years to come. It truly is a roadmap back to your center. And once you're there, everything becomes possible.
I am endlessly grateful. If you're reading this, please take it as your sign. DO IT NOW. You’re worthy. You’re ready. You won’t regret it.

Before joining Break the Cycle, I was feeling an overwhelming amount of anxiety around big life decisions. I struggled with knowing how to trust myself or even how to recognize what I truly wanted or needed. At work, I found myself freezing in high-stress moments, with racing thoughts and a pounding heart. Conversations with my husband often felt impossible, and I noticed myself withdrawing and having increasing difficulty sleeping. The anxiety had become so consuming that I began to feel afraid of being triggered, which only deepened my sense of imbalance. I even started to question whether I wanted to continue my job or if I was capable of staying in my relationship.
I’ve tried various methods in the past—therapy, meditation, journaling, yoga, and exercise—but nothing had quite clicked the way this program did. Break the Cycle offered something entirely new: education and structure. Understanding what’s actually happening in my body when I’m triggered—why I freeze, why I avoid—gave me language and tools that felt empowering rather than vague. The workbook helped me make small but meaningful progress week by week, and I loved that the program was rooted in science and research while also weaving in mindfulness-based practices. It’s like therapy boot camp, in the best way—deeply transformative and incredibly supportive.
The experience was undeniably challenging at times. It digs into the root of things, and there were weeks where I didn’t want to show up. But those were the exact moments that reminded me how important this work is. Peggy met me in those hard spaces with compassion and strength. Her grounding practices at the beginning of each session were calming and helped me feel safe enough to really explore and unravel the deep patterns I’d been living in for years.
What surprised me most was just how effective the process was. I learned more about myself than I expected—why I react certain ways, what truly triggers me, and how to stop feeling so helpless when those reactions arise. Learning about the cycle of powerlessness was a major breakthrough. Being able to visualize what was happening internally gave me clarity. I no longer feel trapped in that cycle—I still struggle from time to time, but I now have the tools to pull myself out and return to center. For the first time in a long time, I feel connected to myself again. I trust myself more. I can speak up for my needs.
Some of the most impactful tools for me included breathwork, non-violent communication, identifying needs, and the concept of “making the mind your servant.” I found the kundalini yoga sessions surprisingly powerful—I had never done anything like that before, and they helped me move energy and emotions I didn’t even know I was holding. Understanding attachment styles and how they affect my communication also gave me so much insight into my relationships.
I’m especially proud of the growth I’ve made in breaking the cycle of powerlessness and overcoming a sense of helplessness with my family. That has been deeply healing. I’ve learned to hold both my joy and my sadness at the same time—something I didn’t understand was even possible before this program. I now feel much more confident in my daily life, with a better sense of how to manage anxiety and prevent spiraling.
Peggy is a gift. She’s intuitive, supportive, and creates a safe, non-judgmental space to do this hard but essential work. I’m so glad I said yes to myself and to this program. I plan to revisit the lessons, continue the work, and keep growing. This isn’t a quick fix—it’s a powerful, lasting shift.
If you’re considering working with Peggy—do it. This is a journey of self-understanding and healing like no other. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who’s ready to break cycles, overcome stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, and start truly showing up for themselves.
